Classical/Chamber Music

Alicia Michelle has had extensive training in classical music. She likes playing classical music both as a member of an orchestra and as a soloist. At age 14, she became the youngest member of both the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra and the Green Bay Symphony Orchestra. Although the Green Bay Symphony closed down, she is still a member of the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra as well as the Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra, and she substitutes for other orchestras. Alicia Michelle also plays for weddings and other events with chamber groups (see “Weddings” under Music tab), and she does solo performances with orchestras when invited.

Alicia Michelle was the featured soloist for a concert by the Civic Symphony of Green Bay in February 2013. This is a segment of the Scottish Fantasy concerto she performed.

Alicia Michelle enjoys playing chamber music for weddings and other special events. Here she performs Handel's Air from Water Music with her two sisters, a violist and a cellist.

Alicia Michelle only had a few weeks to prepare but was excited to be asked by the Fox Valley Youth Symphony to be the soloist performing a movement of a Wieniawski violin concerto for their spring concert. This is a segment from that performance.
